ALL SPECIES KINSHIP: DIRECT-OUTREACH ANIMAL PROTECTION
A.S.K. HISTORY

All Species Kinship (A.S.K.) was founded in 2001 after
recognizing that there was a need for a
direct-
outreach, hands-on
animal protection organization in
Calhoun County. In 2003, A.S.K. formed a nonprofit
entity in the State of Michigan.

  • A.S.K. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
    operating direct-outreach services throughout
Southern Michigan with an emphasis on urban
    neighborhoods of Battle Creek.

  • A.S.K is operated by a vegan Board of Directors.
All staff, Directors and volunteers are unpaid
and have committed their lives to community-
    outreach and animal protection.

  • 100% of all contributions directly benefit local
animals in need! Donations are never spent on
office supplies or salaries! We do not pay
    ourselves to help animals!
A.S.K. ETHICS

A.S.K. believes that humans can humanely and
healthily coexist with other animal species without
causing unnecessary harm and without compromising
natural behavior and freewill. As such, A.S.K. activities
and operations adhere to
vegan ethics. A.S.K.
volunteers and supporters do NOT need to be vegan,
and may choose a lifestyle that fits their needs!

A.S.K. does not promote or use animals for profit,
entertainment, consumption or clothing.
